Who we are

Hills Educational Consult provides educational materials, mock examinations and academic support to schools in Ghana. These terms apply when you register a school, buy a mock examination or the BECE Prediction, or order books.

Membership

  • Membership costs GH₵200 per school and covers one academic year.
  • On payment we issue a Membership ID and a PIN, sent to the email address and phone number given at registration and shown once on screen.
  • You are responsible for keeping the PIN private. Anyone holding it can buy in your school's name. If it is lost, or you think someone else has it, call us and we will issue a new one.
  • Membership does not include mock examinations, the BECE Prediction or books. Those are bought separately.

Mock examinations

  • Each mock is sold only during its own one-week purchase window. The schedule is published on the membership page and in your dashboard.
  • Mock papers are priced per candidate, and that price covers every subject a school chooses. A school ticks the subjects it wants and tells us how many candidates it is entering, which may not be fewer than the number it registered with. A delivery charge applies once per order. Current prices are shown on the membership page and in your dashboard before you pay.
  • You tell us how many candidates you are entering, and we print to that number. Please count carefully — papers are produced specifically for your order.
  • We deliver to the address held on your account. Keep it current, and have someone available to receive and sign for the package.
  • We aim to deliver before the exam date, but cannot accept responsibility for delays outside our control.

BECE Prediction

  • The Prediction costs GH₵1,000 and covers all subjects.
  • It is a PDF download, available from your dashboard immediately after payment.
  • It is licensed for use within the purchasing school only. Please do not resell or redistribute it.
  • It is a prediction: a professional forecast of likely topics and question patterns. It is not the examination paper, and we do not guarantee that any particular question will appear.

Books

  • Prices are shown on the publications and order pages and may change. The price shown when you order is the price you pay.
  • A delivery and handling charge applies once per order, whether the books are delivered to you or collected from our Kumasi or Accra branch. The amount is shown on the order page before you pay.
  • We will call before delivering, on the number given with the order.

Payment

Payments are handled by Paystack. An order is confirmed only once Paystack tells us the payment succeeded — not when the payment window closes. If money leaves your account but your order does not show as paid, call us with your reference and we will resolve it.

Accuracy of what you tell us

Credentials, receipts and delivery updates go to the email address and phone number you give us. If they are wrong we cannot reach you, and a school we cannot reach cannot use what it has paid for. Please check them carefully before paying.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and material changes affecting current members will be sent by email.
